Pleased with toilets flooring grout repair. Kudos to Desmond for the patient chat, no hard selling, and giving us tips on tile and grout maintenance. On day of appointment, big thanks to Sumon came down and professionally installed the grout, after work clean up, experienced and great workmanship IMO (patch up cement, final installation see photos), even advised me how to take care of the grout. I find the quote reasonable for 2 full day of work, I’ll very much choose professional and hassle free experience.

Shout out to Zia and Shawon for rescuing my epoxy grouting! Especially to Zia for working the last 2 days on his own and making sure everything was finished to a high standard! Previously I engaged Modern Grout Specialist to do epoxy grouting for my 2 bathrooms. The guy Zach came down to do a site visit and then took on the project, assuring me he would do a good job. Well he didn't - see the 4 pics of horrible shoddy work. He claimed that my floor tiles were too rough, too many pipes, even corners he also declared cannot be done nicely with epoxy grout. I asked for partial refund due to his shoddy work but he basically ghosted me. Good thing Grout pro-tech came to the rescue (see the 3 good pics). They had to use heat glue and remove the old epoxy grout and then do a whole redo. Basically I paid thousands to do just two bathrooms epoxy grouting. So my advice is just engage grout pro-tech and they can make sure to do a good job the first time. They are not the cheapest but definitely worth it.

Engaged Grout Pro-Tech LLP for my outdoor swimming pool re-grouting. Very challenging job as the tiles surface are porous and not the usual smooth surface. Grout Pro suggested taping every single edge of each tile before grouting the seam. Highly labor intensive and a deadline to meet for my son's upcoming wedding after pool side party. They put in extra men and over time to finish the job well ahead of schedule. Highly professional and reasonable price. Great job and well done! Would recommend for your next re-grouting project :)
